One of my real passions in life is barbecue cooking, so it was only natural that I would one day bring out a website on the subject. This is it barbecuechef.co.uk It is a continually expanding site as I try to add recipes to it on a regular basis. It is designed using the Joomla platform. To use Joomla you need a hosting service which can handle datbases such as My SQL. I use www.1and1.co.uk., I find them to be pretty inexpensive and come ready set up with many content management systems and other software which you can easily use, including an easy website builder so you can create your own website with absolutely no HTML knowledge. They also give you a free copy of Dreamweaver CS4 or NetObjects fusion when you sign up. |
This was my "get rich quick idea". Dealclicker.info. I created it with a template I downloaded from the internet and created an amazon shop within it. I then tried to publisize it using Google Adwords but promptly got it barred because google do not allow "get rich quick" schemes. They like to see a web site which contains a large amount of useful information. I thought bargain prices was good, useful information but apparently not! The website is still live though so you can visit it if you wish and pick up a bargain in electrical items. |
